How to work out the expenditure budget plan
The following documents on the expenditure budget are submitted to the Parliament and are deliberated there:

A budget plan with an overview of the programmes and allowances,

The structure of the expenditure budget plan
The expenditure budget plan of the German-speaking Community is structured as follows:

It is divided up into seven main organic divisions (cf 1.7.2)

Each organic division is once again distributed into programmes
-
The various programmes comprise allowances (ZW) .

So, the allowances represent the smallest units of the budget plan. They decide for which purpose the funds will to be used.
